Vista is to gray and ugly…

Have yo ever said this? Well this is a easy setting which makes vista (And 7) much more personal.

First step: Right click on the desktop and go to personalization. Then Click on the first result will be windows appearance, not Themes, Display properties, or wallpaper.

Visa is so ugly...

Then, find the color you want, and click it. For more intense color, slide the color intensity slider all the way to the right. (All the way left is just clear) For more of a uniqe look, hit the button that says “Show color mixer”. Have fun!
